About
Our Story
Nicki is the owner and head decorator of Sweets on a Stick.
In 2012, she started baking in her home's kitchen and discovered her passion for creating sweets that are both beautiful and delicious. She worked to hone her skills and taught herself how to make a wide variety of delicious treats.
After several years creating sweets in her home kitchen, she started looking at expanding beyond the confines of an at-home bakery, and fell in love with the idea of this cute little house in old downtown Frisco.
The transition to a commercial kitchen in October 2017 allowed the business to continue growing and serving more and more customers in and around Frisco.
After navigating the challenges of COVID-19, Sweets on a Stick turned to expand the business once again and, in November 2020, opened a sweets counter to serve walk in customers.
Sweets on a Stick has become a cornerstone business in Frisco's Rail District and continues to adapt and grow to best serve our customers and put our delicious sweets in the hands of as many people as possible.
